BARUCH BEROLZHEIMER (I 6/5), b. 1771/72 in Markt Berolzheim, d. 22 Mar 1832; was the first child and first son of Hirsch Salomon Löw Hausmann Berolzheimer (sm 5/5).
On 23 Aug 1796, at 25 years of age, Baruch married 20 years his senior widow Edel (Adelheid) Porscher, 1753-1832. Edel had from her previous marriage with Gedalja (Daniel) Offenbacher three minor children. In 1801, at 48 years of age, Edel had with Baruch one son, MOSES BEROLZHEIMER (I 7/5), who died within 30 days.
